Keeper of Odd Hours

Today was wonderful. Good food, and fun times. Played with the Wii - dance game...trying to beat each others scores. Rachel and Gloria did very well, Sal not to shabby for flailing in time with the program and getting all those "greats!" Vanessa and Lynette played and got some good scores. Tried to get Grandpa to play; but he had fun watching us play till he nodded off, when he woke up, the game was still going! Fun times! The dogs had a good time, Kina is not so sure about the tiny pups this visit, due to they MOVE and attack! Lily could care less about the pups. Taz was more interested in checking out the girls (he's neutered) and getting to know them!  Sal and Gloria switched the dryer door, put up a coat rack in the garage. Everyone helped cook something for our dinner. We watched all 3 Bourne movies! While we were finishing up our Thanksgiving dinner...A home around the corner burned. So sad. I better get some coffee and get going! I need to change the belt on the carpet cleaner and get my carpets cleaned! Family coming to visit Thursday!! Have got to stop staying up to past 2 am reading!! I did finish the book "Hunger Games" last night/this morning for the Biscotti Book Club I liked it. The style of writing was different. Can't put my finger on the style name. First person past tense with present? My daughter Rachel has read all three and liked them. As for the story content.reminds me of the gladiator type fig hting in the roman era. ttfn
